From sourcing materials and developing custom handbag patterns to hand-cutting leather, double-sewing the interior, fabricating closure elements, and finishing a handmade dust bag, every step is completed by hand.

MONOLISA handbags are not mass-produced and are never sold in retail stores. Pieces are available exclusively through this website or in person at select juried fine art shows, including the San Francisco American Craft Show.
