Within 3-5 business days. If an order is going to take longer you will be notified via email.

A shipping tracking number is emailed when the item is ready to ship.

New products are released a few times a month or weekly. For the latest information about new products follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube. We also recommend coming back to our site weekly and sorting through the collection pages, date new to old option.
What leathers are used to make MONOLISA pieces?
MONOLISA's handmade products are made with a variety of fine leathers from around the world. Our distinct leathers come in an array of textures and colors. The high quality assortment of leathers used in our collection includes natural full grain, finely grained, embossed, patent, hair on and transfer print designs.
How should I clean my leather products?
To protect, clean and condition leather, use saddle soap, except on patent leathers. Saddle soap provides just the right amount of moisture required to preserve leather goods. Before using saddle soap, take a lightly moist cloth and clean your leather product. After it dries, dab a little amount of saddle soap on your product and rub it around the leather. Make clockwise rubbing motions on the leather until it is dry. Repeat until you have cleaned the entire leather surface. Use a clean cloth to wipe off any excess residue. It is important to clean leather on a regular basis. Use saddle soap every few months. It will help protect your leather, keep it moist and looking beautiful. Avoid cleaning your leather pieces too often. Over cleaning leather can damage the leather. It can cause leather to be too moist, creating mildew and damage the leather item.

How do custom orders work?
If you are interested in a custom jewelry piece please email what type of product you want, the color, material type, how soon you need it and your phone number. Email and phone communications will follow. Handbags are not eligible for custom orders.
What do you mean by limited edition products?
We don't mass produce our products. We produce small productions, typically under 100 pieces or less. Some pieces in our collections are one of kind.
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is a top priority at MONOLISA. If you are not satisfied with your MONOLISA purchase send a return request email within 5 business days from the delivery of your initial purchase. Returns must be shipped within 3 days after the return email notification. Returned items are required to be in their original condition and packaging for a full refund. Returns items shipped improperly, damaged or bent will not be refunded. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
For handbag returns, the bag can not be bent or folded in any manner. The package requirements include: shipping the piece in a large shipping box with packaging materials protecting the bag. Handbags returned without their original dust bag will incur a $20.00 fee deducted from their credit.
Returns will be refunded upon receipt of returned items. Please note that the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase and return process are non-refundable.
