What types of leather are used in MONOLISA products?

MONOLISA handmade products are crafted with premium leathers sourced from around the world, featuring a variety of textures and finishes. Our collection includes:

  • Natural full-grain leather

  • Finely grained leather

  • Embossed and patent leathers

  • Hair-on hides

  • Transfer print designs

How do I clean and care for leather products?

To clean and condition leather (excluding patent leathers), we recommend using saddle soap:

  1. Wipe the leather with a lightly damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Let dry.

  2. Apply a small amount of saddle soap and gently rub it into the leather using circular motions until absorbed.

  3. Wipe off excess residue with a clean cloth.

Clean your leather pieces every few months to maintain moisture and prevent cracking. Avoid over-cleaning, which may cause mildew or excess moisture damage.

How should I clean my jewelry pieces?

Do you accept custom orders?

We offer custom jewelry orders. If you’re interested, please use our contact form and include:

  • The type of jewelry

  • Color and material preferences

  • Desired completion date

  • Your phone number

We’ll follow up with you via email and phone. Please note: Handbags are not eligible for custom orders.

What does "limited edition" mean?

MONOLISA pieces are crafted in small production runs, typically under 100 pieces per style. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind. We do not mass-produce, ensuring each item remains unique and thoughtfully made.

MONOLISA Return Policy

At MONOLISA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please follow the return guidelines below:

  • Submit your return request using our contact form within 5 business days of receiving your order.

  • Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving return instructions.

  • All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

  • Items that are damaged, bent, or improperly packaged will not be eligible for a refund.

  • In-person art show purchases and final sale items are non-refundable.

Handbag Return Requirements

For handbag returns, please ensure the bag is not bent or folded in any way. Handbags must be shipped in a large protective box with adequate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.

  • Handbags returned without their original dust bag will be subject to a $20 fee, deducted from the refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.
