Each MONOLISA tote bag is a true one-of-a-kind piece. The body of the bag is designed from a single piece of leather, resulting in a seamless and sophisticated silhouette. Every handbag involves an extensive process of sourcing materials, developing a custom pattern, hand cutting leather, skiving, adhesive work, sewing, creating a painted leather flower, and serging a custom storage dust bag.
MONOLISA handbags are not mass produced or sold in retail stores. Pieces from the collection are available exclusively through this website or at select shows. MONOLISA handbags have been featured at fine art juried shows throughout California.
