Each rounded-triangular jacket is hand-formed from solid titanium and finished with a marbleized sculptural surface that reflects light from every angle.
Designed for versatility, the jackets can be positioned in front of or behind the earlobe depending on the size and style of your stud earrings. Ultra-lightweight yet visually striking, they offer comfortable wear from day to evening.
The color is created through anodizing—an electrical process that transforms the surface of the titanium—producing vibrant, lasting hues that are part of the metal itself, never paint, dye, or plating. Titanium’s exceptional strength and feather-light weight make these earrings ideal for everyday wear.

Finished entirely by hand in my California studio, no two pairs are ever exactly alike—each one reflecting the moment it was made.

Care
Remove before heavy manual work or contact with abrasive surfaces. Clean gently with mild soap and water and pat dry. Avoid polishing compounds or abrasive cloths, which may alter the anodized surface.
The Handmade Process
Each earring pair is handcrafted one at a time by me, Lisa Ramos, in my Clayton, California studio. Every design is approached slowly and intentionally—never mass produced.
I shape the titanium by hand, then anodize the surface using a controlled electrical process that creates lasting color without dyes or coatings. Final assembly and inspection ensure the earrings feel balanced, lightweight, and comfortable to wear.
Each stud earring is finished with hand-set stones, adding refinement and balance to the design.
MONOLISA designs are available exclusively through this website and at select juried fine art shows.
How It Wears Over Time
Anodized titanium does not tarnish. Over time, the surface may evolve subtly, creating depth and nuance unique to the way the piece is worn. This natural progression adds character and individuality.

I fell in love with the creative process because of the unlimited possibilities. My inspiration comes from exploring new ways to improve my designs and creating pieces that require a new skill set… during that process inspiration is born.
