The classic earring style is a true work of art. The jewelry piece is handcrafted personally by artist, Lisa Ramos in her Clayton, California studio . Lisa’s design philosophy is focused on creating high quality jewelry pieces you can wear for years to come.
What makes a MONOLISA jewelry piece unique? Each earring jacket is a one of a kind made piece that isn’t casted — pouring molten metal into molds for mass production. The handmade design is an extensive process of sawing metal pieces, hand sculpting, soldering, hammering, texturing, sanding, buffing, multiple hours of heat hardening the Argentium silver to increase tarnish resistance properties, stone setting, and polishing.
The MONOLISA Collection is not mass produced or sold in retail stores. Pieces from the collection can only be purchased on this website or at a show. Argentium silver contains 94.0% pure silver and is more pure than sterling silver. Argentium silver is seven times more tarnish resistant than traditional sterling silver and is nickel free. Argentium silver is brighter and whiter than other precious metals, making it simply beautiful. Argentium silver is hypoallergenic, also known to fight infections and is associated with antibiotics along with skin repair.
