The tote bag is designed with a beautiful limited-edition, ultra light-weight brown croc embossed leather delivering irresistible style. On the frontside, the bag features a spring closure and bottom purse feet hardware elements made from stainless steel. To add a touch of shimmer, the tote is finished with a shiny gold spring-closure hardware element surrounded with three of the world’s finest cut crystals in clear.

The Handmade Handbag Process
The classic tote bag is a true work of art. The handbag is handcrafted personally by artist, Lisa Ramos, in her Clayton, California studio. Lisa’s design philosophy is focused on creating high-quality handbags you can wear for years to come.
What makes a MONOLISA tote bag unique? Each handbag is a one-of-a-kind piece. The body of the tote is designed with a single piece of leather, resulting in a seamless and sophisticated style. Every bag design is an extensive process of sourcing materials, developing a custom handbag pattern, hand cutting leather, working with adhesives, double sewing the bag’s interior, creating the closure element, and serging a storage dust bag.
MONOLISA bags are not mass produced or sold in retail stores. Pieces from the collection can only be purchased on this website or at a show. MONOLISA handbags have been featured at the San Francisco American Craft Show and other additional fine art juried shows in California.
Brown Croc Embossed Leather Tote Bag — Details
Bag Leather: Beautiful vegetable-tanned Italian leather with an embossed croc design. A very classical high-shine top finish with a firm temper from vegetable tanning. Vegetable-tanned leather is more expensive because of the greater skill set and knowledge required to tan the leather.
Size: 14.5" base | 10.25" bottom height to top of the bag (not including handles)
Handle Details: Height is 6.75" | Edge painted with a clear shine.
Side Width: 5"
Interior Details: Natural raw edge. To maintain beautiful bag structure and avoid common sagging, this bag design has a handmade double-sided leather bottom base.
