Why I Felt Different | Lisa Ramos

Understanding Neurodivergence

Autism, ADHD & Dyslexia — books, organizations, podcasts, and personal stories. After discovering later in life that I am autistic and have ADHD and dyslexia, I began looking at my experiences through a different lens. As an artist, founder of MONOLISA , and author, I wanted to create a welcoming place to share resources and stories that may help others explore their own differences.

This collection is a starting point. I'll continue adding resources and books I find meaningful.
